Job Overview

Join our restaurant team in Lahore as a waiter, where you'll be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. We seek a motivated, friendly individual with excellent communication skills to become part of our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders
  3. Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations
  4. Serve food and drinks efficiently
  5. Check on guests during their meal for satisfaction
  6. Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
  7. Maintain cleanliness and assist with bussing tables
  8. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order preparation
  9. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
