We are seeking polished, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to be the face of Tanttoor. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring our guests have a memorable visit from the moment they are seated until they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain menu items and daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high presentation standards.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, including setting and resetting tables.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate/F.A. /F.Sc. qualification.
  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
