Grand Millennium Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. As a waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest queries regarding food and beverages.
  • Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure tables are properly set before service and maintained throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns politely, providing quick solutions where possible.
  • Process payments and issue bills when required.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to maintain smooth service operations.
  • Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
  • Assist in setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or daily service.

Job Type: Full-time
