Overview

Team Lead | Driving Innovation & Growth at SAEE

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking, and must be proficient in HTML and CSS to bridge the gap between design and development.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Translate designs into clean HTML/CSS templates when needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Good command of HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript is a plus).
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for great user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
