Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and surpass sales targets profitability.
  2. Maintain and increase sales of Turk Plast products.
  3. Establish, maintain, and expand new markets and customers.
  4. Set sales targets for individual sales representatives.
  5. Develop sales strategies by analyzing sales figures.
  6. Collect data from the market on competitors, pricing, and promotional schemes.
  7. Ensure coverage of the whole territory twice a month.
Other Tasks:
  1. Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  2. Demonstrate and present the Turk Plast brand to existing and potential customers.
  3. Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs.
