Sales Specialist (Night Shift)

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Specialist for a full-time on-site position in Lahore. The ideal candidate will engage with customers via chat, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction while driving sales.

  • Handle customer queries through live chat professionally and promptly.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Deliver empathetic and effective service to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in typing and navigating computer systems efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
