Position Overview
AHOY is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Odoo and Python to support our clients. You will diagnose issues, implement solutions, and enhance application functionalities.

Requirements

  • Provide expert support for Odoo applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist with configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules
  • Diagnose technical issues and leverage Python skills for solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Collaborate with development teams and communicate client feedback
  • Document support cases and solutions
  • Conduct user training and create instructional content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience with Odoo ERP support
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux servers and web hosting environments is preferable
