We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients regarding the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air compressors and related equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance at client sites to minimize equipment downtime
  • Troubleshooting on-site issues and providing effective technical solutions
  • Communicating with clients to understand service needs and deliver satisfactory support
  • Coordinating with internal teams for parts, tools, and service planning

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant field service experience in compressors or blowers systems
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Diploma (DAE) in a relevant field
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work extended or flexible hours when required
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, customer handling, and communication skills
