Location: Civic Center , Phase IV , Bharia Town , Rawalpindi

Time: 5pm-2am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supply ChainAnalystto oversee and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofsupply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and stakeholder negotiations. This role requires excellentproblem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to formulate supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations & Communication
  • Maintain and follow up on daily emails and relevant supply chain information.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with hub managers to understand workloads and operational schedules.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Update and publish theTracking & Traceability (T&T) Reportdaily.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business efficiency.
  • Conduct carrier performance analysis and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze and manageinventory reportsacross different hubs to assess workload distribution.
  • Logistics & Problem-Solving
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address and resolve issues arising from schedule changes.
  • Assist in the formulation of supply chain strategies for operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization & Strategy
  • Understand and applyFIFO inventory managementtechniques.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree inSupply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Strong understanding ofsupply chain and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency inExceland data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge ofinventory management, including FIFO methods.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
  • Strongnegotiation skillsto deal with stakeholders.
  • Ability toformulate and implement supply chain strategies.
