Manager Call Center Operation

One of the leading multinational companies that has recently taken over a few projects in Pakistan is looking for a Manager for their premium call center operations. The incumbent must have 4-5 years of experience in different areas of call centers, preferably as a Team Leader for 4 years, Assistant Manager for 2 years, or Manager with at least one year of experience. Total minimum experience of 4 years in top-notch inbound call centers, preferably local (Inbound operations). This call center already has one manager, and they are looking for an analytical guru who can apply SOP, KPIs, and call center metrics. Preferably female candidates are encouraged to apply. • Business acumen

• Able to take measured steps

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Urdu and English; another language will be a plus.
