**Call Center Operations Manager Position**
We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee our premium call center operations. The successful candidate must have a strong background in call center management, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
Responsibilities and Duties- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency
- Lead a team of call center agents and provide coaching and guidance
- Maintain accurate records and reports
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum 4 years' experience in call center management
- Proven track record of leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Urdu and English; another language is a plus
