Responsibilities
  • Manage relationship with Key Distribution & Retail Partners
  • Build Joint business plans to align Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Targets
  • Monitor PSI and build Healthy stock hygiene and DOS management of Key Accounts
  • Co-ordinate with Retail and Sales Team to align Sell out and Sell-through promotions in line with Key Accounts
  • Plan and execute launch readiness with Distributors and Key Retail Accounts
  • Provide timely market insights to internal stakeholders and build strategic plans for growth of Key Accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Management
  • 5-7 Years experience working in Channel Sales, Key Account Management
  • Preferred experience in Mobile Phone, Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Strong Analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good working knowledge of complete Sales cycle (Sell-In / Sell-through / Sell-out)
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
