Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business and Sales Executive located in Rawalpindi. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and providing guidance on various immigration pathways including study visas, work permits, business immigration, skilled migration, and visit visas. A strong understanding of global immigration processes and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, online platforms, email campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand the client's needs and eligibility for immigration programs.
- Build a strong client database using CRM tools and manage the full sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into successful client enrollments by explaining services, processes, timelines, and pricing structures.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients regarding immigration options.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled clients.
- Maintain professional and supportive client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely handling of client cases.
- Guide clients on required documents and ensure all pre-qualification checks are complete.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in compliance with company policies and relevant immigration laws.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, destination country requirements, and market trends (Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Provide feedback to management on market competition and client preferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with high emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player
- Ability to explain complex immigration concepts in a simple manner
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (Master's is a plus)
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or service industry)
- Familiarity with immigration programs such as Express Entry, PNP, Study Abroad, or UK/Schengen Visit Visas
