We're looking for dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Executives with experience in B2B healthcare service sales to join our growing team

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the medical billing services industry, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, acquiring new healthcare providers, and growing long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, especially self-verifiers and closers experienced in B2B healthcare service sales.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in the medical billing sector
  2. Develop strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare administrators
  3. Pitch and present our services confidently and clearly
  4. Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and meet monthly sales goals
  5. Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  1. Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare B2B service sales is a strong plus
  2. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (for experienced applicants)
  3. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  4. Self-starter with a passion for sales and business growth
  5. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
