About the Role:

Wirasat.com is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in bank reconciliations, ERP software, and vendor account management. This role is ideal for someone who has at least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience and can take charge of financial accuracy, reporting, and vendor dealings in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries

Perform monthly and daily bank reconciliations

Handle vendor accounts, including payments, balances, and statement matching

Use ERP software for accounting entries, invoicing, and reporting

Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls

Coordinate with internal teams for payment cycles and vendor queries

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or service industry
  • Proficient in bank reconciliation and ERP accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or custom ERP)
  • Strong grip on vendor account management and payment tracking
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent Excel and documentation skills
