Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and assess clients' travel preferences and budgets.
  2. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and options.
  3. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations.
  5. Ensure all travel documentation and visas are in order.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  7. Create detailed itineraries and travel packages.
  8. Assist in resolving travel-related problems or disruptions.
  9. Promote travel insurance and additional services.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable travel experiences.
