Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Lahore District. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements, including reservations and car rentals. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring all bookings and travel plans are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Car Rental processes
  • Effective Sales and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant travel software and booking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
