We are seeking an experienced SQA Automation Analyst with expertise in API and UI-based automation testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in API test automation using tools like RestAssured, experience with UI test automation frameworks, and a solid foundation in manual testing. Proficiency in BDD frameworks and Java is essential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about quality assurance and testing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The selected individual will work from our resource centers in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, as an extension of our division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using BDD/Cucumber, Java, and other tools.
  • API Automation: Develop API automation frameworks and scripts with RestAssured, validate API performance, functionality, and security, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • UI Automation: Create and maintain UI automation frameworks with tools like Selenium, ensure UI functionality, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct exploratory, functional, and regression testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Defect Management: Document, track, and resolve testing issues in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • General Responsibilities: Participate in Agile teams, develop test plans and cases, and stay updated on industry best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with RestAssured, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, and related frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BDD frameworks like Cucumber with Gherkin syntax and programming in Java.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
