Our client company is a leading US-based Software House specializing in US Healthcare Software Products.

Job Description:

Position: Lead SQA Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead SQA Automation Engineer to oversee our quality assurance automation strategies and ensure the highest level of software quality across our SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, design robust automation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement of automated testing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, development, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure robust test coverage.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using modern automation tools.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices.
  • Drive continuous improvements in software quality processes, tools, and best practices.
    • Drive Behavior-Driven Development initiatives, review feature files in Gherkin, and oversee automation execution.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 4+ years in automation testing.
  • Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies.
  • Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, or similar) for automation.
  • Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience: 10+ years

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Offer: Market Competitive plus Car and other perks and benefits.

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9am-6pm
