The Division:

Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) is a leading provider of business management software for Outdoor Power Equipment dealers, supporting over 2,000 dealerships across North America, the UK, Ireland, and Africa. As part of Constellation Dealership, we deliver industry-specific, mission-critical software solutions.

The Position:

We are seeking a Junior SQA Analyst with manual and automation testing experience to collaborate with the OPE/Target CRM R&D team. The role involves testing our flagship product, Infinity, ensuring high-quality releases, and participating in Scrum activities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The candidate will work from our Lahore office as part of the resource-center team, supporting the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Scrum team members, including Developers and Product Owners.
  2. Participate actively in Scrum events and sprint planning.
  3. Document test plans and cases, working with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  4. Adapt flexibly to changes in project direction following Agile principles.
  5. Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of manual and automation testing experience.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming with C# .NET.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar tools with C# .NET.
  • Understanding of QA processes and concepts.
  • Skilled in test documentation, case management, and testing suites management.
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle, management, and reporting.
  • Ability to understand business processes and logic.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong technical writing abilities.
