We are a financial services company building a new web-based project management platform that will streamline task tracking, real-time messaging, and data visualization across our operations.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to lead the technical development of this product. You'll work closely with the founder and business team, turning product requirements into a reliable, well-architected application. You'll have end-to-end responsibility for both backend and frontend development, with flexibility in choosing the right tools and approaches.

What You'll Do


•Architect and build backend services using Python (FastAPI or Django).


•Implement real-time messaging features using WebSockets or other event-based technologies.


•Build dashboards and visualizations using libraries like Chart.js, ECharts, or similar.


•Deploy and manage the application on DigitalOcean, with CI/CD via GitHub Actions.


•Translate operational needs into working features—with full context provided by the team.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have


• 2 years of full-stack development experience.


• Proficiency with Python, especially FastAPI or Django.


•Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.


•Solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and frontend/backend integration.


•Basic knowledge of deployment workflows and cloud platforms (e.g. DigitalOcean, GitHub Actions).

Nice to Have


•Exposure to financial software or workflows (ERP systems, accounting, reporting).

•Experience with real-time systems or data visualization.


•Eye for UI/UX design and usability (you'll be responsible for layout and styling).


•Familiarity with Docker, testing tools, or workflow automation.
