Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (Hands-on Role)

About the Role

Mindrind is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong coding expertise in any of these stacks: Python and Node.js on back-end, React.js, and Angular on front-end. This is a development-focused role where you will be actively coding 90% of the time, with some responsibility to support junior developers and contribute to technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code across the stack
  • Develop APIs, back-end services, and interactive front-ends
  • Collaborate with the team on feature planning and architecture
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Debug, optimise, and maintain existing code bases

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js, and Angular
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and relational/non-relational databases
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or AWS
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or Web-sockets
  • Exposure to SaaS applications or AI/ML integrations
