Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our air freight operations. This role will be crucial in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air freight logistics, regulatory requirements, and best practices, along with excellent relationship-building skills to secure competitive rates with airlines.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day air freight and sea operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of shipments from origin to destination.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive air freight rates with airline carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, carriers, and other key partners to achieve favorable terms and reliable services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to maintain a competitive edge.
