We are looking for a Creative & Studio Manager to lead our creative team while ensuring efficient workflow and project execution. This hybrid role requires both creative direction and operational management, balancing high-quality concept development with structured project coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process, manage resources, and streamline studio operations to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
  2. Oversee concept development, storytelling, and brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  3. Manage studio workflow, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and client servicing teams to align creative work with business objectives.
  5. Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools for both workflow automation and creative ideation.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership or studio management role within an agency.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative direction and project execution.
  3. Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and creative workflows.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  5. Experience with AI tools for creative development and process optimisation is a plus.
