We are looking for a Creative & Studio Manager to lead our creative team while ensuring efficient workflow and project execution. This hybrid role requires both creative direction and operational management, balancing high-quality concept development with structured project coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process, manage resources, and streamline studio operations to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
- Oversee concept development, storytelling, and brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Manage studio workflow, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and client servicing teams to align creative work with business objectives.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools for both workflow automation and creative ideation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership or studio management role within an agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative direction and project execution.
- Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and creative workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with AI tools for creative development and process optimisation is a plus.
