Big Bash Studio is on the lookout for aSales Specialist (focused on Bark & Upwork) - Night Shift (Karachi) , someone who is not just good at bidding or closing deals — but also takes full ownership, leads with confidence, and is ready to build and grow a high-performance sales team.

Job Requirements:

- Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead response to closing.

- Excellent grip on Bark and Upwork - sending proposals, closing deals.

- Strong leads follow-up, cold email outreach skills and upselling.

- Respond instantly and update leadership team via email and WhatsApp.

- Lead and manage a small sales team with the potential to grow it further.

- Train and supervise our existing sales and lead generation executives.

- Identify client needs and communicate our design solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on client strategy.

- Help build systems and processes to scale sales operations.

- Set goals, track KPIs, and achieve monthly targets and ensure team performance.

Skills & Experience Needed:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales — preferably in creative or digital services.

- Prior team leadership or sales management experience is a big plus.

- Highly responsive and organized with strong follow-up skills.

- Strong ownership mentality — someone who is responsible & proactive.

- Comfortable working night shifts and being 100% on-site.
