Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-orientedBusiness Development Executiveto support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics (courier, air, sea, and cold chain).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Maintain accurate client data, leads, and activity reports using the CRM system.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions when required.
  • Ensure after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the logistics, courier, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
