We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven ERP Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise to conduct meetings with clients, close deals, and build lasting relationships to drive the growth of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to meet ERP software sales targets.
  2. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through digital channels, such as email campaigns, social media, and online marketplaces.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their ERP software needs.
  4. Provide demos, presentations, and training on ERP software features and benefits.
  5. Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  6. Follow up on inquiries from websites, social media, and other online platforms.
  7. Stay updated on ERP software products, competitors, and industry trends.
  8. Communicate client feedback to product and development teams to improve offerings.
  9. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  10. Analyze data to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in ERP software sales or a similar role.
  3. Familiarity with SaaS models and online sales channels.
  4. Strong understanding of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
