Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in the Lahore District. As the senior-most technical leader, you will drive the architecture, delivery, and growth of our ERP platform, collaborating closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical project activities: sprint planning, scrums, user-story definition, and backlog grooming.
• Hands-on collaboration with GitHub, Jira, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, making key decisions on software and cloud architecture as well as on-prem deployment strategies.
• Facilitate system-design workshops and produce technical specifications and diagrams for development and operations teams.
• Manage on-premise deployment processes, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Coordinate deployments, monitor environments, and troubleshoot production issues alongside DevOps engineers.
• Engage with stakeholders in budget discussions, identifying cost-saving opportunities and resource optimizations.
• Mentor, recruit, and scale high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven software development background with strong understanding of QA methodologies and test automation.
• Solid experience using GitHub, Jira, Docker, and managing production environments.
• Demonstrated competence in Scrum framework, sprint cycles, and user-story management.
• Deep knowledge of software and cloud architecture principles; experience making architectural trade-offs.
• Exposure to on-premise deployment practices and infrastructure management.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and recruitment skills, with a track record of scaling teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus, but not mandatory.
