Lobbying / PR strengthening with Govt. officials involved in product testing, registration, sampling, and analysis.

Coordination with the sales, development, and technical team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Product Registration:

  1. Decides in consultation with top management on the Form of Registration e.g. Form 1 (Long Term strategy), 16, 17 (Short Term strategy).

Coordinates with the Principals regarding documents / Technical Data / Information for the preparation of the Registration Documents.

Files the Registration Application with Federal Dept of Plant Protection along with the Fee.

Liaises with the Dept throughout the processing of the application (Application Scrutiny / Arranging Samples / Lab Analysis / issuance of Trial Schedule Product / Crop / Pest - Form I only).

Coordinate with Development and Technical team to organize Field Trials together with the Provincial & Federal Research Institutes for Bio Efficacy Trials. Wherever necessary supports the Research Personnel in conducting the trials.

Coordinate for trial results through the Standardization Sub Committee and Standardization Committee at the Provincial Level.

Arrange the dispatch of the recommendations / data from the Provincial Authorities to the dept. of Plant Protection.

Ensure timely Tabulation of data for consideration at the APTA (Agricultural Pesticides Technical Advisory) sub Committee & subsequently APTAC.

Arranges issuance of Registration Certificate and Specifications of the Technical / Formulated Products along with the Recipe.

Arranges Renewals of the Registration as required and recorded in the Registration Expiry Status List.

Marketing Support

Coordinate with Development Manager to arrange material / modules for Technical training of the Field Sales Staff on all crops before the Campaign / season to JASPL team.

Support for marketing for validation that leaflets / technical literature is in line with registration.

Keep updated database of all products approved by relevant registration authorities.

Member of PRC (Project Review Committee).
