Creative Content Position

We are looking for a seasoned Creative Content Specialist to oversee content quality and ensure it meets specified standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of social media trends, captions, and content policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends and insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies to engage our audience.
  • Verify graphics and text content, guaranteeing quality assurance.
  • Take initiative to learn new strategies and implement them independently.
  • Support the team in brainstorming new ideas for content creation.
  • Review video content, approve captions, and ensure they meet design and writing standards.
  • Grant final approval before delivering work to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain consistent deadline completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions.
  • Optimize user funnels and conversion points.
  • Stay current with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools effectively.
  • possess excellent English and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a creative role.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough audience and buyer persona research.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Manage brand social media content and editorial calendars efficiently.
  • Strong passion for social media PR and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong idea generation and problem-solving skills.
