Hiring for a reputable Travel Agency based in Karachi

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new B2C and B2B sales opportunities, including corporate accounts, group tours, partnerships, and e-commerce channels.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through online platforms, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Leverage e-commerce tools and online travel platforms to generate leads, convert sales, and increase online revenue.
  • Handle client inquiries across multiple channels, provide personalized travel consultancy, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, digital ads, and online campaigns to drive web traffic and conversion.
  • Track and analyze online sales data, generate regular sales performance reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the travel industry, with a focus on both traditional and online sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including online booking platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online lead generation, and digital travel platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
