About Us

Paradigm Electric Vehicles is a fast-growing EV startup revolutionizing urban mobility in Pakistan. Our flagship product, the Evolve electric motorcycle, features battery-swapping technology, making EV ownership seamless and affordable. We are looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to drive motorcycle sales, manage customer relationships, and expand our market presence.

Your Role

As our Sales and Service Specialist, your primary goal is to do sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Sell electric motorcycles to individuals and businesses

Manage customer inquiries and leads (primarily via WhatsApp)

Build partnerships with fleet operators and delivery services

Execute local marketing efforts to generate leads

Track and report sales performance

Service Responsibilities

Assist customers with post-sale support and warranty claims

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for battery swapping customers

Gather customer feedback to improve the sales process

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred, but not required)

Proven interest or experience in sales (EVs, tech, automotive, or consumer products preferred)

Basic proficiency with WhatsApp for Business and CRM tools (Helpful)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sustainable mobility and electric vehicles

Self-starter with a high level of motivation and drive

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
