Job Description

A Sales Specialist is required to join our team at Alikhan Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in sales and sales management.

The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with clients
  • Managing sales processes
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Overseeing sales management activities

The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance experience required
  • CII certifications required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to conduct training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
