Sales Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our team.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) work schedule with night shifts (08 PM - 05 AM).

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads, understanding their needs, and closing deals across various services such as web design, SEO, SMM, and app development.

You will need to consistently hit at least 5K/month in sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Sales Unit.

Sales Targets
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Building a strong pipeline of leads and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Growing into a leadership role as our Business Unit expands.

You will work closely with our marketing and fulfilment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of proven experience selling on various platforms with a track record of closing 5K+ each month.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex services in simple terms.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • PASSION FOR SALES AND A HUNGER TO GROW WITH A NEW TEAM.
Commissions Structure

The commission structure is designed to reward your hard work and dedication. You will receive 10% commission on target completion, with multipliers for overachievement.

Salary and commissions will be paid between the 5th and 8th of every month.
