About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Training Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying training needs, developing training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure continuous employee growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, including onboarding, soft skills, and technical training.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions under the guidance of the Training Manager.
  • Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
  • Gather and analyze training feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Support in the development of e-learning content and training manuals.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and suggest relevant training interventions.
  • Assist in performance improvement plans and post-training evaluations.
  • Stay updated with learning trends and technologies to enhance training delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a training, HR, or learning & development role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for people development and continuous learning.
