About the opportunity

  • Perform 3-way match in the internal system for all incoming invoices across different warehouses in Pakistan.
  • Record invoices in the accounting system.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments.
  • Keep track of all expenditures and outgoing payments.
  • Support monthly closing activities, such as booking accruals for invoices not yet received.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end accounts payable process.
  • Provide ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team.

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 2 years of experience or post-qualification experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.
  • Team player capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
