About this opportunity

  • Conduct thorough three-way matching in our internal system for all incoming invoices across various warehouses in Pakistan.
  • Record accurate invoice data in the accounting system.
  • Evaluate and verify the accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments.
  • Monitor all expenditures and outgoing payments to ensure transparency.
  • Support monthly closing activities by booking accruals for unpaid invoices.
  • Continuously enhance the end-to-end Accounts Payable process through efficiency improvements.
  • Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks.

To be successful

  • You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent post-qualification experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical abilities, are necessary.
  • You must be able to work effectively under pressure, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
  • A team player capable of functioning efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
