Job Specification

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  2. 2 or more years of Human Resources experience in a leadership role.
  3. 1 or more years of experience managing team member relations, compensation, benefits administration, etc.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building relationships with team members at all levels.
  5. Current knowledge of all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
