1) Manage the planning, execution and roll-up for all the sales programs in the modern trade (chains, clubs and independent supermarkets), wholesale and foodservice levels.
2) Development and implementation of annual business plans and contingencies and the recommendation of ongoing modifications to achieve the approved volume, share, spending and profit objectives for the business.
3) Assist in preparing strategic plans and contingencies for management review and approval to guide long-term business planning/development.
4) Develop and execute consumer and trade promotion programs to ensure that established objectives are met.
5) Manage programs productively through internal and external groups to ensure sound execution of all programs and appropriate financial management.
6) Analyze (and supervise the analysis of) the business (including market research) on a continuous basis to ensure that plans/programs are appropriate to evolving business needs and recommend strategic/tactical changes as appropriate.
7) Work with advertising agencies and outside consultants to achieve copy, media and strategic needs as determined in the annual business plans.
8) Maintain continuous contact with the distributor and the trade to ensure smooth program execution, adjust programs to changing market needs and be viewed as a thought leader with retailers.
9) Identify and initiate business building, cost savings, and new product improvement opportunities and manage the activities necessary for implementation.

Job Specification

- At least 2 years strong working experience in FMCG MKT or sales marketing area; over 1 year experience in a supervisory role is essential.
- Comfortable with frequent business trips.
- Good spoken/written/hearing skills in English are essential.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
