As an ASO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our mobile applications to improve their ranking, visibility, and conversion rates on app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to implement strategies that drive organic growth and enhance user acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for app store optimization.
- Optimize app metadata, including titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and videos, to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics (downloads, rankings, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with app store algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure our apps remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling app store assets (screenshots, videos, etc.) that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for app store elements to identify the most effective strategies.
- Track competitor apps and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to align ASO strategies with broader user acquisition campaigns.
- Report on ASO performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in ASO tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and user acquisition strategies is a bonus.
- Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) is preferred.
