**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced App Store Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing mobile applications to improve their ranking, visibility, and conversion rates on app stores.

About the Job:

As an ASO specialist, you will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement strategies that drive organic growth and enhance user acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for app store optimization.
  • Optimizing app metadata, including titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and videos, to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing app store performance metrics (downloads, rankings, conversion rates, etc.) and providing actionable insights.
  • Staying up-to-date with app store algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure our apps remain competitive.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create compelling app store assets (screenshots, videos, etc.) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conducting A/B testing for app store elements to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Tracking competitor apps and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with the marketing team to align ASO strategies with broader user acquisition campaigns.
  • Reporting on ASO performance and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • A strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ASO tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and user acquisition strategies is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) is preferred.
