Visual Basic Developer MS Access Developer

We are seeking a talented MS Access and VBA Developer to join our team and contribute to an existing project. As an MS Access and VBA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MS Access databases and VBA applications to support our business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement effective solutions using MS Access and VBA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases and VBA applications to meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  3. Analyze data and create efficient database structures to store and retrieve information.
  4. Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces and reports using MS Access and VBA.
  5. Optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  6. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the developed solutions.
  7. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals.
  8. Provide user support and training as needed.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in MS Access and VBA development.
Job Specification
  1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in MS Access and VBA development.
  2. Strong proficiency in designing and developing MS Access databases and VBA applications.
  3. Solid understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
  4. Experience in creating complex queries, forms, and reports in MS Access.
  5. Proficient in VBA programming and automation of tasks within MS Access.
  6. Familiarity with data integration and data migration processes.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  9. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
