Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser based in the Lahore District. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and maintaining window displays, coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, and ensuring that all products are presented in an attractive and accessible manner.

Job Responsibilities:

1.     Create and maintain window displays, mannequins, and in-store layouts.

2.     Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are consistently applied across stores.

3.     Collaborate with retail and marketing teams on seasonal launches and promotions.

4.     Monitor sales trends and adjust displays to maximize product visibility and performance.

5.     Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

6.     Stay updated on fashion and retail display trends to bring fresh ideas.

Job Specifications:

1.     Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related field.

–5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in fashion retail brand.

3.     Strong styling sense with an eye for detail and creativity.

4.     Proficiency in design/layout software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar is a plus).

5.     Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6.     Willingness to travel between stores and work flexible hours during seasonal changes.
