Google Ads PPC Expert - Meta Ads Expert - Paid Ads Marketer

Location: Office Based Job, Faisalabad office.

Experience Required: 2+ years in Paid Media Campaign Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Marketer with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to join our in-house marketing team. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various industries.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Create engaging ad copy, creatives, and landing page briefs in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the team and clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes.
  • Work closely with SEO, design, and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC bidding strategies, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
