In charge of day-to-day production of the packing department with hands-on operation of the vertical form fill seal packing line.

Proper study, understanding, and follow-up of the machine manuals. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all factory machinery as per the manuals to improve efficiency and ensure maximum uptime.

Hands-on engineering know-how in all three departments: mechanical, electric, and electronic. Lead the packing department from the front by being punctual, disciplined, and professional. Self-starting, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and good written & spoken communication.

Job Specification

Qualified engineer with know-how of packing line consisting of vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packing machines and multi-head weighers.

Ability to study, understand, and follow up on machine manuals. Professional management skills, especially in staff management. Disciplined, positive, self-starting with good interpersonal skills. Good written & spoken communication. Problem-solving and positive thinking.
