Requirements

Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and eliminate waste.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Develop and implement process automation solutions to enhance productivity.

Manage projects related to process improvements, machinery upgrades, and production scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices in a manufacturing environment.
