Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and deadline-oriented Technical Proposal Writer to develop clear, compelling, and compliant bid proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, business development teams, and project managers to create persuasive documents that effectively communicate our technical capabilities, value proposition, and project approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, tenders) to extract proposal requirements and compliance criteria.

Lead the drafting and development of technical proposals, including executive summaries, methodologies, project timelines, staffing plans, and technical solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate content and ensure alignment with client needs and proposal strategy.

Translate technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive language tailored to diverse audiences.

Manage proposal timelines and coordinate inputs to meet strict submission deadlines.

Ensure all proposal content complies with submission guidelines and evaluation criteria.

Maintain and update a library of standard proposal content, templates, resumes, and case studies.

Conduct research to support proposal development and stay informed about industry trends and competitor positioning.

Support post-submission activities such as responses to clarifications, revisions, or contract negotiations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in proposal writing, bid writing, or technical documentation.

Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.

Ability to understand and communicate complex technical or service-based concepts clearly and effectively.

Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
