We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software projects/products.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
  2. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
  3. Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  4. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  5. Identify bugs, log defects, and any nonconformity found during the testing phase; work with the development team to resolve and verify fixes when implemented.
  6. Execute test cases for functional and end-to-end integration testing.
  7. Develop daily status reports and test summary reports for clients.
  8. Suggest improvements in existing company processes, especially related to quality assurance.
  9. Conduct regression, performance, and functional testing.
  10. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Skills Required
  1. Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software projects/products.
  4. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  5. Familiarity with logging defects and working with development teams.
  6. Knowledge of regression, performance, and functional testing.
  7. Ability to suggest process improvements related to quality assurance.
