Job Summary:

Digital Auxilius is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide high-level support to a US-based client across business and personal tasks. This position requires a tech-savvy and highly organized professional with creative flair who can manage multiple projects, follow instructions precisely on platforms such as Canva, Microsoft, Google Workspace, and assist with light social media tasks. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while working closely with the client on administrative and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle time-zone-sensitive appointments.

  • Follow task briefs and execute them using platforms like Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Provide basic support in managing social media accounts (posting, drafting captions, organizing content).

  • Organize and maintain digital files and folders, ensuring secure and efficient document management.

  • Handle personal and business errands including online research, travel bookings, and reservations.

  • Support in organizing virtual meetings and events, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.

  • Track and report progress on delegated tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Assist with light data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or Administrative role (international client experience preferred).

  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Canva.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and manage time efficiently.

  • Creative mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
