The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations, with a strong focus on early childhood development, education, and health & safety. This role will involve monitoring and improving QA systems, identifying gaps, and collaborating closely with operations to implement effective corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and enhance QA systems and SOPs.
  • Identify quality gaps and drive corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure continuous quality improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of early childhood development, education, and health & safety standards.
  • Prepare quality reports and share insights for operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, Psychology, or Quality Management.
  • Preference will be given to 2 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
